The Information NudeStop Collects
User Provided Information: You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name, email and in some cases mailing
address) to NudeStop when choosing to participate in various activities on the NudeStop Sites such as uploading videos, posting messages
in our forums or in the photo/video comments section, entering contests or sweepstakes, taking advantage of promotions, responding to
surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists.
Cookies Information: When you visit the NudeStop Sites, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of
alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. NudeStop uses both session cookies and persistent
cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to
the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser help file directions. A session cookie is temporary and

Log File Information: When you use the NudeStop Sites, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends

browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages
viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, and one or more

The Way NudeStop Uses Information
If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the NudeStop Sites, then we use your personal information to operate,
maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the NudeStop Sites.
Any personal information or photo/video content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas,
within your public profile page, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Your account name (not your email
address) is displayed to other Users when you upload videos or send messages through the NudeStop Sites and other Users can contact you
through messages and comments. Any videos that you submit to the NudeStop Sites may be redistributed through the internet and other
media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.
We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your
consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your
email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major NudeStop Site changes
or for customer service purposes).
We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage

choose to post onto an unsecured NudeStop.com page. The smartest thing you can do about this, if it concerns you, is to use different
usernames than what you use on other websites. You do not want your work username to show up in a Google search pointing to
NudeStop.com.
When NudeStop Discloses Information
We provide personally identifiable information and non-personally-identifiable information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites
NudeStop allows other companies, called Webmasters, third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the NudeStop
Sites. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that
appear on the NudeStop Sites. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such
as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content.
NudeStop does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or
except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, please note that if an
advertiser asks NudeStop to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, men ages 18-34) or audience segment (for example,
men ages 18-24 who have viewed certain channels of content) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may
conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach.
You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks. NudeStop's privacy policy does not apply
to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or web sites.
Our Commitment To Data Security
NudeStop uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your
personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to NudeStop and you do so at your
own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, NudeStop makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our
systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by
breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
If NudeStop learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate
